No refunds as it is a personalized book but will remake a book if a mistake has been made on our end but we will need to have the book returned first. We will pay to have it shipped back to you. If you have made a mistake on the spelling of any names or dates or age, you would be responsible to ship the book back to us for correction and include return shipping fee of $10.00 and a $5.00 service fee to rewrite and correct your book.
